Harold (Rusty) Baumberger has over 25 years of industry experience in management, operations, maintenance, engineering and technical support, training , policy development, and performance assessment of nuclear facilities. His eight years of experience at INPO included evaluations at over fifty US and international commercial nuclear power stations and corporate nuclear oversight. He was also the Project Manager responsible for the development and implementation of the INPO industry-wide performance indicator program. As a consultant, he has performed several comprehensive and focused assessments of commercial nuclear plants and DOE facilities to meet client needs, and taught performance-based assessment techniques to utility personnel.
